Satisfying Customers in A Professional Approach: A Fragmented Mind Situation

The article is written in the area of customer and supplier interaction, customers satisfaction approach that you should know. Applicable to high volume, repeated transaction environment – manufacturing based.  (It can also be applied to service industry.)

Product and A Service

In the area of satisfying customers to meet the requirements first or sometimes exceed it, is challenging. Customers purchase goods or services of a certain price tags would require a product or a service that is worth the money paid or even more than the value that was paid. Value is a subjective manner. To exceed is the ultimate strategy in an organization or company.
Customer satisfaction involves hard and soft factors. Hard factors are factual matters whereas soft factors are related to human emotional. A company can be in a leading position, but does not have the means to sustain it is also an issue that customers will be surprised off to find out, if it occurs. For example, a company can offer tremendous products or services but the profit margin is just a matter of surviving. What is the justification of exceeding but unable to have a sound balance sheet?
Satisfying a customer is to offer what is required. Exceeding the expectation is providing unexpected service or even more than is necessary. For example, a product comes with gift or special brand value. That satisfies the customer, and the customer feels happy or delighted owning it. A niche market product certainly complemented by the ambiance and surrounding, attracts customers to an orderly place. To offer the best is one of the many aims that an organization or a company can do.
Walk into a high achiever’s environment and you will feel the success or breakthrough achieved. Walk into an expensive place and you will feel it is an upper-class environment. Certainly, the owner knows what is being offered. The customers know the value before a buy. In my opinion, keep it a strong balance sheet, and reasonable profit that feel acceptable to you.

Fragmented Minds and Your Judgment

Fragmented minds are minds that are not aware of the nature of business. When this occurs, the products or services offered have contradiction and distortion in just a matter of time. Just image the following illustration.

Three (3) different colours. Three (3) different people seeing three (3) different colours. Which is the right colour? If this occurs, what will be your judgment on the above.
Fragmented minds in your company need to see the same colour. Otherwise seeing it in three different colours is saying that a yellow shirt is coloured red or yellow shirt is coloured blue. If this happens the customer will see it as it is, a yellow shirt or what is being informed.

The nature of the business needs to be known. Applying high end strategy in lower end market, for instance, is ridiculous. Invert it, applying low end strategy to high end market, is absolutely a laughing matter. For example, very cheap and high quality. Have you come across?

People Know

            A product or a service comes with a price tag. The prices are either high, low or reasonable. High is expensive and the customers have craving for it. Low price are cheap things. Reasonable comes with arguments. When a product is at reasonable price, some may argue whether to price should be priced at higher range. Some might want to price it as high as possible. The lower range is definitely not a choice. Or reasonable is being reasonable. A price tag has a price to pay and people, no other than you or me knows the price.

The Top 5/10 List

            If you are at top 5 on the list of choice, you are at a good commanding position. If you are between 5th to 10th place, I think you are quite alright. If you are not, then you need to figure out how to position yourself in the workplace, by offering services that is acceptable to your client. A top five rating is not an easy work - Ranked amongst the best and Top in the position. It should be negotiated to know the best offer possible. I don’t see how a person could drop out of a top 5 or top 10 list. Practical it is impossible.

            Being at the top is stay there at the top. Top 5/10 list and you or me is just managing ourselves. It is impossible to know everything. It is impossible to be at the top all the time. But if it is a group work, it means that the group has achieved into the top 5/10 list and that the ability of the group is amazing. Under no dispute or obligation, it is a top 5/10 list! How is it being achieved? In a university, people would like to know how and student will be filling in halls just to listen. In an organisation or a company, customers will just purchase the products, or the services and employee would want to learn from it. In a professional manner, employment for the service will be regarded to the highest esteem. In sales, top sales rewarded in the form of money and many other things. The list never ends.

The Professional Approach

            A professional approach is an approach where a person sees it professionally. The advertisement style, the choice of words, is different, to mention a few. The products or the services developed to be sold to a group of people that are professional themselves. In the above illustration on fragmented minds, does a professional person criticize another person for seeing it differently? No, because the person might be colour blind. Or does a person terminate a person service for seeing yellow? No, because the person has other abilities. (Ans: It is a shirt with 3 colours)

            When companies are in crisis, matters will be resorted to resolve the situation, for example seek professional advice or other means. A product or a service that is in sale requires salesperson to sell. If the person is not well informed there would be distortions. Then the customer will be listening to contradictions, like the fragmented minds example.

            A sale price that is not just a tag tagged. It comes with certain justification and assurance, to mention a few. It is a price that customer pays for and do not want to feel cheated. For example, a customer buys it because of its name. But if it does not work as intended, customers will know and will switch to other brands. As customers, customer will do the survey or selection before the pay. Is the worth of the approach and the price tag that come along with it reasonable? Is it too expensive or worth buying? Is the information sent sufficient? Does the customer feel happy with the end products or services? If the approach is wrong, you might have to alter to get it in the right place.

Meet The Customer Requirement First

            Satisfying customers in an approach that meet the requirements. Determine whether it is a hard matter or a soft matter to resolve. Are your customers satisfied with the end products or services? Is the price tag worth the price? Meet the customer requirement first.

Planning Forward in Your Organization

The subsequent sections illustrate and cover this subject area - customer and supplier interaction, that the minds in your organization should know regarding subjugated topics, to perform or decide on the nature of work. For instance, in communication with suppliers, it is essential to know the product(s) and/or the service(s) that will be sold or rendered at any point. If an employee engages or purchases the product(s) or service(s) in a matter proper for augmented decision, based on personal judgment (interpersonal skills - e.g.  a salesperson persuading to sell stuff that will be of good use in collective agreement in an organization), will it not be a subject of bias arguments instead.

Notable to meet end customer(s) requirements, satisfying the need structure or even to the extent of exceeding the appropriate dataset. Communication between you (as a customer) and your supplier is important to ensure that you have the source of knowledge of impeding truth about the product and the service.

In Dealing with Fragmented Pieces of Data Segments

A professional approach is a matter of choice of witfully managing quality service whereas a person’s exacerbation on professional practices leading to fragmentation in a society will lead to disruption in the technological front. The choice of words - is different. The products or the services developed - to be sold are of the highest esteem level to the customer(s) and, an illustration on fragmented minds does critically foresee the situation differently. No matter what stage you are in, blindness does not lead to the “able”.

In computer data storage segments, the redundant solution of an identical component is subject to criticism in the matter of whether the functions are appropriate when implemented in society. In this case, the components - which are dependent on nature (instead of independent) revert to a single mode in an occurrence of real/plausible explanations. And when this occurs, critical alarm functions with the means of linking to restoration which is in place. A retardation (as a figure of speech) in the chip, however, will only happen if it is not construed towards demanding truth of the world.
